Can't happen. Emily only shares pre-approved answers that YOU review before she goes live. If a question comes up that she's not trained on, she'll say "Great questionâlet me have [Your Name] call you back within 30 minutes" and notify you immediately.
I'm not tech-savvy. Is this complicated to set up?

But here's the key: If you stay past your first month (which 87% of our beta customers do), we refund the entire $500 to your card. So your setup is free if Emily works for you.
What if I cancel during the trial?
The $500 setup fee is non-refundable if you cancel before your first monthly payment.
Here's why: We've already invested 10-12 hours building Emily for your businessâvoice training, CRM integration, FAQ scripting, and testing. That work is done, regardless of whether you continue.
But if you stay past Month 1? We refund the entire $500 to your card. So your setup ends up being free.

When exactly do I get the $500 back?
30 days after your first monthly payment. Here's the timeline:

- Days 8-21: Your 14-day free trial
- Day 22: First $699 monthly payment
- Day 52: $500 refund hits your card
Net result: Your setup was free, and you're just paying $699/month going forward.
What happens if Emily doesn't work well for my business?
First, we'll work with you to fix whatever's not workingâit's usually a simple tweak to her training or call routing.
But if Emily genuinely isn't a fit (maybe your call volume is too low, or your business model changed), here's what happens:
- Within first 30 days: Cancel anytime, get your $500 setup fee back, and we part as friends.
- Days 31-60: Cancel anytime (no setup fee refund since we've already refunded it), and we part as friends.
- After 60 days: Standard 30-day cancellation notice, and we part as friends.
Translation: You have 60 days to decide if Emily is right for you, with zero financial risk.
How do you define "qualified leads"?
Honest answer: We don't guarantee a specific number of qualified leads, because "qualified" means different things to different businesses.
What we DO guarantee:
- Emily will answer 90%+ of your calls within 3 rings
- She'll collect the information you tell us matters (name, phone, service interest, timeline, budget)
- She'll book appointments directly into your calendar when prospects are ready
What we DON'T control: How many people call you, what your local market is like, or whether callers can actually afford your services.
If Emily isn't capturing the RIGHT information or booking appointments correctly, we'll fix that for free. But we can't manufacture demand in your marketâonly help you capture the demand that exists.
Can Emily sound like ME (voice cloning)?
Emily uses a professional AI voice that sounds natural and conversational. Personal voice cloning (replicating your exact voice) is not currently available but may be added as a premium feature in the future.
